I steward resilient spaces of curiosity that increase collective confidence, connection, and collaboration through grounded action, strengthening intuitive ideation, and experiencing interconnection.

Why a facilitator?

You might come here with your own “why” but here are a few ways a facilitator can ease transition, guide ideation, and deepen impact forward:

  • On average, people spend 3+ hours a week finding something they misplaced. Time is our most invaluable asset, let’s spend it elsewhere.

  • Find yourself buying duplicates? Perhaps, you have variations of the same clothing item? Procrastinate and buy gifts just to buy them? Creating pause in these moments, gives us space to spend more intentionally.

  • Finding balance in our physical spaces, provides calm within our mental space.

  • Releasing items that no longer serve offers them up to others that could benefit.

What to Expect

  • Download “Facilitator Needs” (above) and reflect on your anticipated area of focus. Schedule a discovery call to navigate compatibility and shared plan forward.

  • I will serve as a guide to facilitate challenges together with autonomy to adapt to the wisdom of the group.

  • Sustained accountability dependent on group needs but typically comprised of: scheduled one week feedback and six month longevity debrief and anonymous attendee surveys.

Basement organization testimonial

“Madison did an excellent job maximizing our basement storage. She created a gift wrap / crafting room as well as relocated and labeled our holiday decorations.”

Pantry and kitchen testimonial

Working with Madison was so easy, and she helped identify some redundant items for donation. We love using our streamlined spaces.”
