  • A facilitator tunes into the spoken and unspoken to guide in a space of psychological safety. All voices are welcome to show up fully, connecting dots that may have otherwise been unclear.

  • A facilitator understands there are no isolated experiences and challenges are often interconnected. Knowing this, naturally increases group confidence, trust, and rapport that ripples out into the world.

Beyond sticky notes and exercises, a facilitator’s role is to guide the group through discussions and activities without being a decision-maker. Our focus empowers the group to find its own answers, ensures inclusive participation, and manages group dynamics to achieve outcomes.

  • Download “Facilitator Needs” (above) and reflect on your anticipated area of focus. Schedule a discovery call to navigate compatibility and shared plan forward.

  • I will serve as a guide to navigate change together with autonomy to adapt to the wisdom of the group.

  • Sustained accountability dependent on organizational needs but can be comprised of: 60 minute conversational feedback and a 6 month survey.
