✨🌲 Forest Bathing Walk

Join Me on the Bartram Trail for an afternoon “bathing in the forest” inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, therapeutic relaxation guided by sensory invitations. During this 3-hour experience, there will be a mix of leisurely strolling, observation, and reflection both as a group and individually. Be ready to experience the restorative benefits of our natural world and integrate these tools to practice presence into your daily life.

Consider bringing: water, snacks, something to sit on such as a yoga mat or blanket, light for sunset navigating, and anything else to make our time outside more comfortable.

We will be in the Beechertown area for this round of forest bathing. While you’re in the area, you can check out the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Surrounding the NOC are small restaurants and general stores. The area is insanely gorgeous amongst the leafless trees.

This is a donation-based event with a minimum of $5.
